The way of usage
 
1.Counterclockwise unscrew a lid
 
2. Put ice or ice water into the ice bag which is two-thirds full
 
3.Clockwise tighten of the lid. Remark: please check in before tightening washer is intact

4. Put the ice bag onot needed body parts
 
5. Exhaust air and water ice after using, dry out for second use later.
